Christmas Gala Lunch

On December 25th, the Hotel Cimbel restaurant transforms into a festive Christmas celebration for a special meal with family or friends, combining delicious food, a festive atmosphere, and live music.
For the occasion, our team prepares a complete Christmas buffet, featuring a selection of traditional dishes and recipes for this time of year, accompanied by complimentary drinks throughout the meal.
And because Christmas is also for those with a sweet tooth, the celebration concludes with a selection of Christmas sweets and an irresistible chocolate fountain.
An experience designed to help you forget about cooking and simply enjoy: fine food, music, and the best company, all set against the backdrop of the Mediterranean.

New Year's Eve Dinner

December 31st

On the night of December 31st, our restaurant prepares to host an elegant New Year's Eve Gala, combining gastronomy, live music, and a party atmosphere to enjoy the last night of the year without a care in the world.
The celebration begins with a special aperitif, followed by a carefully curated New Year's Eve gala dinner. During the aperitif and dinner, live music will accompany the evening and create the perfect ambiance to enjoy together until midnight.
And after the clock strikes midnight, the celebration continues. Live music with a duo and an open bar until 4:00 a.m. to start 2027 dancing and enjoying one of the most special nights of the year.
A proposal to experience New Year's Eve in Benidorm from beginning to end: gastronomy, music, celebration, and the Mediterranean as your backdrop.

Valentine's Day Dinner

February 13th

The evening of Saturday, February 13th, begins at 10:00 p.m. with a special Valentine's Day dinner, featuring a table-served menu and included drinks, in a restaurant specially prepared for the occasion with a carefully curated romantic ambiance.
During dinner, music accompanies the evening, creating a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. And after lingering over dessert, it's time to get up from the table: a live musical duo sets the rhythm for the night with dancing until 2:00 a.m.
An authentic Dinner & Dance experience to celebrate Valentine's Day as a couple, enjoy a special dinner, and end the night dancing overlooking the Mediterranean.

AUTOCONSUMO Y ALMACENAMIENTO SECTOR SERVICIO

El HOTEL CIMBEL, SL ha participado en el programa de incentivos ligados al autoconsumo y al almacenamiento, con fuentes de Energía Renovable en el Sector Servicios del Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (resolución de 27 de septiembre de 2021), siendo beneficiaria de una subvención para la ejecución de una Instalación fotovoltaica en cubierta con una potencia de 30 kW, una inversión total de 52.281,38€ y habiendo obtenido una ayuda por importe de 7.268,62€. Dichas ayudas están en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia Europeo. Este proyecto hará posible de una disminución significativa de la huella de carbono y poder cumplir con ello nuestros objetivos medioambientales.

IMPULSO SOSTENIBLE: PLAN DE MODERNIZACIÓN Y COMPETITIVIDAD DEL SECTOR TURÍSTICO

El Hotel Cimbel ha sido beneficiario de las ayudas otorgadas para la financiación de Proyectos de Eficiencia Energética y Economía circular en Empresas Turísticas de la Comunidad Valenciana, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, financiado por la Unión Europea NextGeneration EU, apoyando a las empresas en su transición hacia modelos más sostenibles, competitivos y respectuosos con el entorno, fomentando la reducción de consumos, la optimización de recursos y la innovación verde. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROYECTO EJECUTADO: MEJORAS DE LAS INSTALACIONES Y EQUIPOS Mejora de la instalación de ACS, con el objeto de mejorar la sostenibilidad, reducción de eficiencia energética y la modernización de las Instalaciones. El importe de la ayuda concedida ha sido de 215.187,40€, correspondiente al 100% del coste total del proyecto.
